As a personal trainer with a strong focus on rehabilitation and functional movement, my mission is to help you build a body that not only looks strong, but feels strong, resilient, and capable in everyday life.

I work with various clients with many different goals from recovering from injury, managing chronic pain (especially lower back issues), and those simply wanting to move better and feel better. I understand how physical setbacks can affect your mental health, confidence, and motivation and that’s why I take a compassionate, whole-person approach to training.

My programs are tailored to meet you where you are, combining evidence-based strategies to improve mobility, reduce pain, and rebuild your strength safely. Whether your goal is fat loss, building lean muscle mass, or simply regaining control over your health, I’ll help you get there with sustainable methods that prioritise long-term wellbeing.
