What We Do
My Background
I’ve always been passionate about fitness and have been training for over a decade. What began as a hobby quickly evolved into a career, starting as a fitness instructor while studying Drama at university. After graduating, I explored various sectors and entered the acting industry around the onset of COVID. I worked as an actor for four years, but my perspective shifted when I joined a charity that sends professional actors into hospitals to work with stroke patients. This experience made me realise my desire was to help people thrive through health and fitness. I decided to transition back into the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and pursue a Foundation Degree in Integrative Counselling, believing in the strong link between physical and mental health. Currently, I am studying Integrative Counselling and working as a Personal Trainer, developing a training approach that emphasises both physical and mental well-being, helping clients exceed their goals while feeling motivated and supported throughout their fitness journey.
