As a Strength and Conditioning Coach with a strong focus on athlete rehabilitation and functional movement, my mission is to help athletes and every day people build bodies that not only look strong, but feel strong, resilient, and capable in everyday life.
I work with various clients with many different goals from recovering from injury, managing chronic pain (especially lower back issues), and those simply wanting to move better and feel better. I understand how physical setbacks can affect mental health, confidence, and motivation and that’s why I take a compassionate, whole-person approach to training.
My programs are tailored to meet people where they are, combining evidence-based strategies to improve mobility, reduce pain, and rebuild strength safely. Whether someone’s goal is a competition, playing in teams sports, building lean muscle mass, or simply regaining control over their health, I’ll help you get there with sustainable methods that prioritise long-term wellbeing.
